  • 1 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1 cup chia seeds
  • 1 cup flax seeds
  • 1 cup sesame seeds

Method
 

  1. Add all the seeds into a jar with a lid.
  2. Close the lid and give the jar a shake. Enjoy!
