Berry & chia seed porridge

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup oat milk
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup mixed berries
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1 banana sliced
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon

Method
 

  1. Combine the rolled oats, oat milk, water, mixed berries, chia seeds, banana, peanut butter, and cinnamon in a small pot and cook over medium-high heat.
  2. Once it’s bubbling, reduce the heat to medium-low and cook for 2 to 5 minutes.
