Berry & avocado smoothie

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup mixed frozen berries
  • 1/4 cup frozen spinach
  • 1 cup oat milk
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tbsp mixed seeds
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon

Method
 

  1. Combine the frozen berries, frozen spinach, oat milk, water, mixed seeds, avocado, and cinnamon in a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth. Add a splash of water if you prefer a thinner smoothie.
